There could be a few reasons as to why thats happening. Of the times that happened to me, the reasons have been that i lost connection to the computer or you disconnected from live after getting the fall update. I had to stay connected to live after playing my first movie, it came up with an error saying it cant play it and that it needed to download an update. You let it download the update, then after that everything should work fine. BTW, I ran into a bunch of problems with my xbox not detected my PC over the network, and there ended up being the most random fix for it that I would never have guessed.
