I’ll show you the filings in the Nigerian case, but you can sum them up like this: OLPC doesn’t use LANCOR’s keyboard, its keyboards are based on public domain techniques, and the plaintiffs misled the court in a number of particulars to get an injunction it doesn’t deserve.
